UA COMMITMENT TO
EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY
At LOARVES, we hold UNE 19601 certification, demonstrating our adherence to the highest national standards in criminal compliance management. This certification strengthens our commitment to ethical business conduct, regulatory compliance, and the mitigation of legal risks across all our operations.
Through this certification, we assure our clients, partners, and stakeholders a secure, transparent, and high-performing work environment built on trust and excellence.

ETHICS CHANNEL
We have implemented a dedicated whistleblowing channel, allowing employees and partners to confidentially report any actual or suspected misconduct. This system upholds our company’s integrity while safeguarding the well-being of individuals. The channel must not be used for false accusations or misleading claims. We encourage transparency by providing names where possible, and we assure all reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
Reports related to possible misconduct in European Union member states, or identified by whistleblowers within the European Union, may also be reported to external authorities. An overview can be found here.
